Community Halloween Planning Meetings
146 W Jewett Blvd
White Salmon, WA 98672

It may be end-of-summer now, but the spooky funnest night of the year, with ghosts, ghouls, goblins, fairies, princesses, Ninja Turtles and other cute and hilarious apparitions will be here before we know it. If you love Halloween and the smiles it brings to the faces of kids and adults alike, we need you to help celebrate Halloween RIGHT and renew the Downtown Halloween community tradition after our recent period of ‘enforced isolation’.
To restart the Downtown Community Halloween, Individuals, groups and businesses are encouraged to plan now to hand out treats from tables they set up on the sidewalks all along Jewett from Estes to Garfield. We hope to anchor the event with a Haunted House at the Masonic Lodge.
We’re also looking for organizations, groups, clubs, businesses and/or individuals to help plan, design, create, set up, manage and take down a Haunted House creation at the White Salmon Masonic Hall. Participating groups can work together to create magic in a specific area of the Haunted House, or they can work with others to help bring the whole together.
Anyone who takes ghoulish delight in Halloween kitsch is invited and encouraged to join a group planning session that will begin at 5:00 PM on Oct. 10 and again on Oct. 24 at the White Salmon Masonic Hall, where your ideas and energy can help create a magical spooky night for the kids and parents of our community. Please email CommunityPartnersBWS@gmail.com if you love Halloween and want to help make the next one the best in years.
Let’s get Community Halloween restarted with a great turnout on Jewett, anchored by traditional events at opposite ends of the street, Bubba’s Coffee and White Salmon Masonic Haunted House.
