Everybody’s Brewing Supports New Pool Construction
Everybody’s Brewing is supporting the construction of a new White Salmon Valley Pool facility with an optional “Add to the tab” donation. The new pool will be an important asset for the enjoyment, activity, health, friendships, sociability, prosperity and growth of the entire community
“We recognize the importance of the pool to our community. We want to make a meaningful contribution toward this important project, and also to allow our patrons to help provide their support,” said Everybody’s co-owner Christine Ellenberger, “This facility will be an exceptional community asset for many years to come.”
The new facility will include a large recreation pool, a warmer teaching and therapy pool, and a fun splash pad, as well as a large community room for parties, meetings and other community activities. “Generous donations, especially from Integrated Composite Engineering and Riley Materials, have secured over half the estimated $3 million cost of construction,” said pool district president Lloyd DeKay, “and the district’s levy will provide sufficient ongoing funds to properly operate and maintain the facility once it is built.”
When final facility design documents are complete in June, construction can begin if the $3 million construction funding is secured. Tax-deductible donations for pool construction can be made to either White Salmon Valley Pool Metropolitan Park District (download the Donation/Pledge form) or to Community Partners Bingen-White Salmon 501(c)(3) through our no-fee PayPal Giving Fund.
